A high-profile Chinese delegation consists of developers and investors and developers visited DHA City Karachi (DCK) and spent a productive time at the project site. The delegation visited several sectors of DCK where development work was going on in full swing. The Chinese delegation was impressed by the progressive nature of projects and appreciated the vision, concept, and pace of development.

The delegation also visited the recently inaugurated Sector-3 of DCK to observe the signs of livability in the area. The delegation was highly impressed by the quality of infrastructure work completed in the sector and the construction of different urban/social structures in the area including the inauguration of a fully functional DCK Junior School and completely equipped DCK Dow University Hospital in the sector. According to the delegation, the great developments and facilities in the area vindicate its livability standards and extend the bright future of DHA City.

The delegation also wen around the perfectly planned Farm Houses in Sector-I of DCK. They define the Farm Houses as an epitome of luxurious and energized living arena in the scenery of the sparkling natural environment.
The delegation concluded their visit in last by visiting Visitors Centre. They appreciated the effectiveness and utilization of Design Centre constructed there that is contributory in assisting and promoting construction activities in the sector. The delegation also discussed the wide opportunities for investment in DCK for Chinese investors and builders particularly in Sector-I and Sector-2 of DHA City.
