Beware! Investors, We have an updated list of illegal housing schemes in Karachi issued by Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA). These societies are still functional in the market without obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from SBCA. The authority has made an advertisement in a newspaper to aware public about these illegal societies. The authorities strictly warned the public to refrain from any sort of sale purchase activity in the listed housing schemes. Authority also revealed that these projects are essentially sponsored by Land Mafia.
