DHA city called for tender for the construction of 20 x 200 SQ YDS residential units (package-4) in sector-3 at DHA city Karachi.
According to the tender notice, Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi intends to undertake construction of 20×200 sq yds residential units located in sector-3. Sealed bids on single stage two envelope procedures for “Construction of 20 x 200 SQYDS Residential Units (Package-4) in Sector-3 at DHA city Karachi” are invited from all eligible and interested PEC registered Contractors/ firms having relevant experience of carrying out similar works and valid PEC license for the year 2018 in category c4 and above with specialization code(s) of CE-10.
