DHA Karachi has inaugurated the construction of Sector E-8 of DHA Phase-VIII. The graceful inaugural ceremony was held at the project site. Commander 5 Corps, President Executive Board DHA, Lt Gen Shahid Baig Mirza was the chief guest at the event. He unveiled the plaque to inaugurate the newly developed sector.
The premier Sector E-8 has been developed as a core of residential cum commercial center along Seaview Beach with the mesmerizing sights of the majestic Arabian Sea. The sector is equipped with all the basic utilities of life for a dynamic, comfortable and vibrant living.
Lt Gen Shahid Baig congratulates the management and all relevant staff of DHA on developing Sector E-8 tremendously. The sector has been developed as per the international standards of engineering excellence that shows the credibility of DHA as a strong organization in the field of housing and development in Pakistan.
Corps Commander believed that the construction of every sector in DHA Phase-VIII have been completed as per the high quality and international standards. He also instructed to boost the efforts for the availability of basic utilities such as electricity, water, and gas in other sectors of Phase-VIII. He is high on hopes that the inauguration of all sectors of Phase-VIII will open new opportunities for investors and it will mark a new era of development and progress in the area.
The Administrator DHA also said in a statement that “the opening of Sector E-8 was an event beyond symbolic significance that will give a boost to the momentum with which the remaining sectors of Phase-VIII were being completed for opening in the near future. He believed that DHA would leave no stone unturned in ensuring basic utilities in the area despite persisting serious electricity shortages, gas shortfalls and water crisis in the country. He reiterated DHA’s resolve to give a qualitative lifestyle to its residents that enriches their lives.”
The ceremony was attended by a large number of people including DHA officers, prominent citizens, Defclarea, and members of Residents’ Association.
